• Kilometers included in each package are fixed as per package details. Any additional distance beyond the included kilometers will be charged at AED 2 per km.

• Waiting time beyond agreed duration may incur additional hourly charges.

• Prices are valid within Dubai and UAE as per specified limits and may vary for special events, peak hours, or public holidays.

• Shared rides are on a per-seat basis and subject to availability.

• Customers are responsible for verifying booking details before confirmation.

• Debati World Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel services in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice where possible.

• Full payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon.

• No refunds for cancellations made less than 1 hour before scheduled pickup.
